The machine will erect up to 15 cases per minute and can be easily adjusted to run a wide range of sizes and case styles. High Speed Case Erector

Food Spectrum Pouch Line

T. Freemantle have recently provided a high speed case erector to Food Spectrum. The machine erects top loading shelf ready display cases at up to 34 cases per minute and has been integrated into a fully automatic pouch line incorporating high speed robotic pick and place loading of the cases. The machine is capable of erecting various different sizes of display case from a flat blank. The design of the case was developed by T. Freemantle Automation and has proved to offer significant material savings and reduced converting costs.

High Speed SRP Case Packer

Multi ABB 6 axis robot installation

T. Freemantle Automation Limited are pleased to report the installation of a Wraparound SRP Case Packer with a famous UK based supplement manufacturer. The machine has two functions, one to pack bulk packs within an export case and second to pack single facing shelf ready packs for the UK market. At this years PPMA show 27th - 29th September 2011 T. Freemantle Automation Ltd will be showing a fully automated ready meals end of line solution. The machinery will include a automatic preglued sleever feeding a code, inspect and reject all in one conveyor and on into a fully automatic robotic top load case packer. The machine will be in constant operation so why not call and see it in action.

Greencore take two.

SRP Case Packers Installed

The Greencore Group Warrington site have added to the two Auto Preglued sleevers installed last year with the installation of two Automatic Top Load Case Packers for their busy ready meals lines. The case packers run a combination of both standard transit cases and SRP designs with a range of ready meal products. Based on a robot pick rate of 30 per minute these machine run at 15 cases per minute with up to 4 layers of product in each case. The cases are tape closure top and bottom.

Kellogg's choose Freemantle

Auto Top Load Case Packer

Kellogg's have chasen a robotic Top Load Case Packer from T. Freemantle Automation for their speciality cerials plant. The machine automatically collates the cereals in a range of collations and runs with a range of 8 different pack formats and case sizes. The machine can run at a speed of up to 120 packs per minute or 20 cases per minute. The ABB 6 axis robot provides the required efficency, repeatability and reliability expected by Kellogg's.

Morning Foods Case Packer

Semi Case Packer Installed

T. Freemantle Automation has recently completed the installation of a CP2 case packer for the Crewe based Morning Foods company. The CP2 joins the many machines that Morning Foods currently use and joins the end of an existing cartoning line to case pack 6 pack and 12 pack cases. The machine has a Mitsubushi PLC and a quick size change that is completed in just 3 minutes.
