End Load Cartoner Fully Automatic

FUNCTION
The machine case magazine is loaded with flat cases and the machine automatically selects and erects each case, folds the bottom flaps and positions it ready for the product to be loaded into it through the open top of the open case. The machine operates fully automatically and accepts the product from the upstream equipment on the line and collates and loads the product in the required format into the opened and prepared case by a six axis robot. The case is then folded and sealed before being ejected from the end of the machine.

Incorporating a 6 axis robot for maximum flexibility, efficiency and repeatability.

Electrical requirements

Supplied with a 3 mtr armoured cable with a 5 pin 32 amp plug for connection to a 32 amp three phase supply.

Compressed Air

Supplied with a filter regulator with a 10mm push in fitting for connection to an 80psi/5.5 bar compressed air supply.

Lifting weight

Approx 1700 kilos. Ideal lifting points marked for fork truck offloading.

Machines are available with glue and tape options as well as a combination of both glue and tape.

Suitable for a wide range of case sizes and designs.
Speed of up to 25 cases per minute
